//The Challenge
Formix operated across four locations and was manually re-entering the same client data into three separate systems. Errors were common, reconciliation took an entire day each month, and the operations manager estimated the team was collectively losing 20 hours per week to avoidable duplication.
//What We Built
We built a centralised data pipeline that treats their CRM as the single source of truth. Any update made in one system propagates automatically across all others. We also automated the monthly reconciliation report, replacing a full-day manual process with a scheduled 10-minute automated run.
